EXPERIENCE

Meredith brings 15 years of experience in business development, talent acquisition, and human resources, with a proven track record for building strong partnerships and recruiting top-tier talent.

Her career began at Moss Adams, where she gained foundational experience in HR and executive administration. Meredith transitioned into talent acquisition, holding senior roles at both adidas and Noto Group, where she successfully recruited leadership positions in marketing, product, sales, finance, and operations within the consumer product sectors.

Meredith’s passion for partnerships led her to Oregon State University, where she played a leadership role in launching the University’s Center for the Outdoor Recreation Economy, aimed at creating educational pathways to careers in the outdoor industry. As Director of Industry Engagement, she guided the center’s strategic direction, establishing strong industry connections and inaugural corporate partners.

In February 2022, Meredith returned to Noto Group as Director of Business Development, advancing to Vice President of Client Services. In her current role, she leads the client engagement process, aligning services with business objectives and ensuring a seamless experience that fosters client satisfaction and long-term success.

In addition to her role at Noto Group, Meredith serves as Board Vice President for the Oregon Outdoor Alliance, where she helps strengthen industry connections and advocates for business and professional growth in Oregon.

Originally from Wisconsin, Meredith moved to Portland in 2010 drawn by Oregon’s natural beauty and proximity to the mountains. An outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys trail running, snowboarding, hiking, and camping, and exploring the great outdoors with her husband and their two young children.
