  1. AI Tools and Data Processing

At Noto Group, we use AI tools to streamline our recruitment processes. These tools help ensure the accuracy of our records, facilitate effective follow-up actions, and enhance our service quality. All AI processing is conducted with human oversight, we do not use AI tools that incorporate your data into external training models.

 With your consent, we may transcribe scheduled calls for note-taking purposes. Transcriptions are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized personnel within Noto Group. We manage and protect these records in strict accordance with applicable data protection laws, ensuring the privacy and security of your information. 

You have the right to withdraw your consent for AI-based processing at any time, and you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your call transcriptions. Should you wish to do so, please contact us via info@notogroup.com and we will accommodate your request in accordance with applicable legal requirements. 

Additionally, you have the right to request human intervention, express your point of view, or contest any aspect of the automated processing.

We may share your professional profile information (such as your CV) with companies seeking to hire individuals with your skills and experience. We also share personal information in the following circumstances or as otherwise described in this policy:

  • We share personal information with vendors, service providers, and consultants that need access to personal information in order to perform services for us, such as companies that assist us with web hosting, fraud prevention, and marketing.
  • We may disclose personal information if we believe that disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law or legal process, including lawful requests by public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

DATA SHARING & INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We may share your personal data with our clients (with your consent), service providers and business partners, professional advisors, and regulatory authorities and law enforcement where required. As we operate internationally, we may transfer your personal data outside the EU/UK. When we do so, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place through standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or other legally approved mechanisms.
