Anu joined Noto group in April of 2023 as a Researcher, where she assists with the sourcing strategies and helps to support the overall recruitment process from beginning to end. In addition, she is also actively networking with viable candidates and staying up to date on the overall job market.
Prior to joining Noto Group, Anu spent two years at Nike as a Recruiting Coordinator within the University Relations team. There, she focused on recruiting for internships across operations, digital product management, marketing, and innovation. Her responsibilities included managing the candidate experience ensuring a seamless recruitment process for both stakeholders and candidates and coordinating summer programming across Nike’s three brands.
As she starts her adventure into the executive research field, Anu is excited to leverage her previous experience in recruitment and educational background to cultivate a seamless recruitment experience
Anu was born and raised on Kaua’i and is often flying back to escape the Portland weather. In her spare time, she loves to hang out with friends, try new restaurants, or travel to new places near or far. If it’s too cold or rainy in Portland, you can find Anu working out or binge watching the latest Netflix show.
