Adolfo joined Noto Group in May 2021, and currently serves as Lead Researcher and Operations Associate. In this role, he oversees the research function, developing and refining research strategies that support the firm’s recruitment efforts. His work ensures the team operates with maximum efficiency, driving success through the optimization of recruitment, marketing, and business development processes. Collaborating closely with the Managing Director, Creative Director, and VP of Client Services, Adolfo is instrumental in identifying growth opportunities and streamlining key operations.
In addition to his research responsibilities, Adolfo manages the firm's CRM, ensuring seamless back-end operations. As Noto Group’s dedicated B-Corp Keeper, he also leads the firm’s B-Corp recertification.
Prior to joining Noto Group, Adolfo spent three years as an Operations Manager at Madewell, where he cultivated a strong foundation in operational management and discovered a passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
As a Los Angeles native, Adolfo has found his stride in Portland’s vibrant summers, embracing the sunshine while patiently awaiting its return each winter. In his free time, you’ll find him chasing after his energetic corgi, Juni, and staying up-to-date with the latest must-watch series and films.
